When I joined this group about 10 days ago and said I was a new member, someone replied giving me the names of natural alternatives to anti depressants. One was StJohn's Wort and I can't remember the others. Now I cannot find the replyt. Please, please would whoever wrote the reply, repeat the info.

Thank you wanderingvet. I have looked at both and shall investigate them at the local health shop.
I must tell you something amusing. I thought that from your username you were a veterinarian:>) In Australia, we call them vets. Now I see from reading your profile that the "vet" refers to your being a war veteran. That is not so funny. Thank you again.

Indeed, ..here in the US a 'vet' can be either a Veteran or a veterinarian. This has been assumed b4. Someone thought I might travel around the country caring for animals in fact.
