I'm having such a problem with depression... I wish I could go into specifics but it would be too long a post. Just please... someone... If anyone who has time could just stop by and leave me a message...

" Be kind to youself. Think about going to see a therapist. It has helped me in the past. In fact this week I went to a therapist. She said I had a mild case of depression. I am going thru a separation/divorce. Find one thing to be grateful each day. ( I know its hard) hugs to you!!!!!!! "
