well mum did stay... which turned out to be really good because i needed her help. We had a few really bad gusts of wind on friday night and as a result I lost a 4metre section of my fence... which meant that Izzy had nothing keeping her from wandering the streets and destroying everyone elses garden instead of just mine.

Today is a little bit better. The sun is shinning here in Il. I had a chance to go to the park and read. Only stayed for a short time because it is still pretty cold here. But I also had a chance to tour the neighbor on the scooter. I have not done this is over a month.
I have been missing that. It shall be a long winter.

Last night I went with a friend to drop off a card for another friends husband. We thought we would just drop off the card and leave. When we got there we found out that her husband was on his way home in an ambulance. The cancer spread and he is coming home to die.
I am still overcome with an immense sadness which will not go away.

A bit nervous about going to a new book club meeting. I have a fear of groups. But I am trying to challenge myself.
Upset that I will not be able to cut my dialysis time. My values are to horrible. I hate being chained to a chair I feel like a prisoner.
I thought my values were better this really stinks.

Degenerative Joint Disease Information
Osteoarthritis (OA, also known as degenerative arthritis, degenerative joint disease, or in more colloquial terms "wear and tear"), is a condition in which low-grade inflammation results in pain in the joints, caused by wearing of the cartilage that covers and acts as a cushion inside joints. As the bone surfaces become less well protected by cartilage, the patient experiences pain upon weight bearing, including walking and standing. Due to decreased movement because of the pain, regional muscles may atrophy, and ligaments may become more lax. OA is the most common form of arthritis.
