I got my radio frequency ablation done today on both sides for back problems. He did T12-L2. I had laminectomy, fusion, bone grafts, L3-4-5 last January. Started have pain and some neuro symptoms again in a new spot several months later. Been getting injections in my back since last July. Hopefully this procedure will keep symptoms away for a much longer time. ...

Hey Dad,
I'm back, beena while but a lot has happened in the last few months.
I did the long trip to get the medical tests and procedures.... it was a nightmare.... the hospital turned me away because the plane was delayed... had to find somewhere to sleep the night and go back the next day. It was late at night and I was in a city I didn't know....but in the end all was taken care of...1 Recommendation -

Hi,
I chose confused as the title because of how difficult it is to determine which doctor to call when you have several things wrong and the symptoms could be from more than one of them. If fact, it's a little frustrating. I probably don't act as promptly as I should when things happen because I'm trying to decide who to call. I hurt, and there is no one here who cares....my heart aches and it aches in solitude because there is no one to share its story with. I keep going because I feel I have no choice. I keep moving within this skin of mine because something...unseen and uninviited keeps me moving but left to my own devices I would surely just lie in bed a lump of the nothingness I feel like I am.

some of you may remember that i have been fighting a kidney infection... well i'm 100% recovered from that now!
but last week i was having horrendous stomach pain for a week straight (another ibs flare) and it didn't matter if i went to the bathroom or not, it still hurt like hell.

Since I was last here my Mom fell and broke her left hip (her right hip was broken 2 years ago) . My Dad ,of course called me instead of calling 911 . I get over there after driving like Mario Andretti to get there from across town . And she is sitting up in a chair and rubbing her hip and is unresponcive to any questions . Well I have been experiencing contractions since around 26 wks... nothing serious but the past few days they have gotten stronger and closer together which are not Braxton Hicks. So I went to L&D after consulting with my OB office and they saw that my uterus is irritated an was contracting on the monitor so they gave me 2 rounds of meds to stop and relax my uterus... now I am out and hoping t...6 Comments
