Compression tights for hiking and workout

I am currently recovering from my second DVT. My daily work out came to a screeching halt 4 months ago. I am now looking to get back to my workout and do some backpacking/hiking. I want some good compression tights other than the medical ones that will breathe! I've been looking at CW-X Stabilyx Tight. Has anyone used this type of compression tight with their DVT history?

" It all depends what compression ratio you are looking at...
Sigvaris 30/40s are great, but their 40/50 don't breath,
Venosan 40/50s do breath.

I was diagnose with DVT in aug 2007, been wearing Sigvaris 30/40s since then up until I was diagnosed with PTS this spring(2009) and I now am a lifer on Venosan 40/50s.
I mountain bike so the fuglies NEED to breath, when I'm biking, I can't wear my 40/50, the compression does not allow my leg muscles to expand hence cuts the circulation, defeats the purpose so I wear my 30/40s.My Dr. okayed that.( that was a nobrainer decision). BTW I wear an open toe, knee high fugly. "

" Thanks for your response! My DVT is behind my knee up into my thigh so I can't wear knee highs and thigh highs are questionable...both seem to cut me off. I've been wearing the Juzo legging. It is footless which is great because I can still wear my flip flops :-). I just get so over heated when I've tried the past few days to get back into workout routine. "

" i think things might be different in theUSA regarding the types of compression ratio,in the UK we have class 1 2 and 3 the latter being the strongest, like yourself i am on my second dvt and wear type 2,type 1 are just like flight socks, these are made by credalast in Engand and are quite comfortable, hope this is of some help.
