Doctors have cleared me to fly this weekend for a week in Tahoe. I already know to move around and stay hydrated. Any other advice? I'll be going from almost sea level to around 7000 ft. Any worries there?

enjoy the trip is my advice...
On top of moving and hydration maybe a compression sock.

I dont have much real advice. I rember going to Carmel, ca about 2 mo. afer finding out I had a DVT. It is at sea level and all but I was still scared. After I a short drive from SF I farived at Carme I was in pain but was able to relax. I think it was maybe the best trip of my life. So the only advice I have it enjoy and relax.

Back from my trip and all went well. The higher elevation did make breathing a little more difficult which made me a little nervous. When it didn't get worse, knew it wasn't another PE. Whew! Thanks for the support!
