" yeah, I get these pains and I do have a history of obstucting or partial obstruction.
I was joking the other night that I've been in labour for 26 years!
I get radiating pain higher up of in my back which tells me what it is. "

" Oh boy do I!!!! I think that I would take labor over this any day because labor ends! ;-) I had my gallbladder out a few years back which helped a little, but only part of the pain not all of it. "

" I had these types of cramps for years. It actually felt like I had a board up my butt! There is actually a name for these cramps, I think it is called tesmasus. Check the spelling! When I would have these it would last for a couple of hours, back and forth to the bathroom not being able to get up and all that would come out was a little fleshy bloody stuff. I would be just exhausted after one of these episodes and would often not be able to go into work in the morning. I had a good pregnancy until about 26 weeks then these cramps started and threw me into preterm labor at 28 weeks. They said it was because the colon is right next to the uterus. I have no colon anymore so I don't deal with that pain anymore. I am thankful for that. "

" I forgot to mention that yes indeed, it felt just like labor pains. It would start, then it would peak, then it would go back down again. It usually lasted for a couple of hours "
