I have missed ice cream so much since I was diagnosed with Crohns.
For some reason the Crohns cause me to be lactose intolerant which my husband is also, but he don't have Crohns. One of my daughters also has Crohns and she found a Lactose free ice cream. It is called SO Delicious. I have bought the vanilla flavor and added a little chocolate syrup on it, and now I have the Mocha fudge which is out of this world. My local grocery only carries the Soydelicious Ice Cream Sandwiches but they are great, just a little too small!
Breyers also makes a lactose free ice cream that is really good, especially with chocolate syrup on it. If your store carries Breyers ask them to get the lactose free.
