We also can not afford the insurance his work offers ($800 month!)I am so stressed and so worried about him. I just dont know what to do, I dont want him to get really sick....

" I am so sorry about your medical troubles. Is there any way you can get medical? or does he make too much for that?
My prayers are with you and your husband as I know how I feel when I have to miss just one dose "

" Contact Centocor, the maker of Remicade. Sometimes the big pharm companies will help. Call AccessOne® at 1-888-ACCESS-1 (222-3771) for free assistance.

I hope this helps, let me know. "

" We can not get medical thru assistance because he makes more then the limit. His job offers insurance but it costs way to much. I do not understand how we dont qualify for assistance yet we still cannot afford anything else. His Dr. has call the sellers of the medication and they can supply if for free but we would still have to pay for the hospital visit and the infisions. So even if he gets the medication we cannot afford to get him infused. This is bullshit isnt it? thanks for the help tho. "

" Those limits for care are absolutely absurd. They are too low. In some cases you are better off broke than you are if you actually work for a living.

I am 100% in favor of welfare, but the way the current system is set up they offer very little incentive to try. They reward failure and punish people who try. They also really screw you on SSI if you marry somebody who works even a minimum wage job. They expect a family of 3 to live on 75% of the poverty level. Its disgusting that we let our people suffer like this. "
