VITAMINS!

In some previous posts I stated I do not have medical insurance. Making this disease even more difficult. I have been reading so much on diet and symptoms ect...

One thing I keep coming across is the fact that we do not absorb food and vitamins normally. TAKE VITAMIN D....AND B12, also vitamin C with vitamin D. That these among others are so important for us to feel better. Many have said alot of people have to get vitamin B12 injections, usually daily for a while and then monthly. Also potasium is very important.

Has anyone had these injections? And/or taken massive amounts of vitamins and had improvement?
