Im just very lost in everything right now... i guees they have a question mark as to if i even have colites now or not... the dr i seen last week sugared everything up that he told my family dr.. he told me it was but told my family dr its a question.. my family dr looked at the test res and hes not sure if it is that or not now.. so they r doing more test of different stuff also.. mean while im scared to eat anything at all.. I was always constipated and now that i havent eat milk im not.. but everytime i go for a BM my WHOLE tummy hurts to where i want to cry my head off and die but 15 mins later i go and no more pain as if nothing happen.. but now im not constipated and the BMs arent as hard as they use to be but im still is very much pain.. no more bleeding as I believe the bleeding was from the straing of trying to go.. but it doesnt matter what I eat it hurts before I go.. so IDK anymore!!
Iv been reading stuff up on Constipation.. .and the more I read the more it sounds like me.. I know sometimes when im trying to have a BM my whole body will go into a shock because I cant go and my whole body will shake and theres nothing I can do to make it stop until I have a BM and when I do its hard and big.. My husband has called 911 on me before because I couldnt stop shaking enought to talk to him stright.. but they found nothing cause after I went everything was fine... ud think they may put two and two together.. hmm... IDK!?!

" Angie, i see that you are also in Canada, so i get how hard it is to see different doc. my town has one GI, luckily i like him and he's been very helpful, cuz otherwise i would be waiting another 3 months to see one 2 hours away. A trip to emerg may be a backdoor way of seeing another GI, just be sure to go to a busy hospital where your doc does not work, and go during the day on a weekday when there is a good chance of a GI being on duty rather than on call. " My suggestion is that you start to take miralax. It is a wonder drug when you are constipated. It puts water into your digestive track and soften things up. Take it everyday for a week or two and your symptoms will dramatically improve. I promise! It's amazing and you can buy it at any store without a prescription. Start with a whole cap and go down from there as you become more regular. I love miralax!

Also, for times that you can't go because it's too hard and big, have some enemas on hand. It's painful, but it helps so that you don't have to go to the hospital.

Fiber is really important as well. Try to get more veggies into your diet and stay far away from pain medication. That can cause the worst constipation. "
