My doctor prescribed me Buspar for my anienxty and stress...Is anyone familiar with it?? This is my first time being put on any type of medication like this...UGH...sometimes I just really hate this condition!

" Pretty much the same thing as Prozac... I remember trying Buspar and Paxil back to back -- one made me so hyper I couldn't sleep... the other made me a zombie. Good luck. "

" It defintely helped me with anxiety and having a short temper. I think it is a good drug for anxiety - I was on a really small dose and it made a difference! Hope it helps :) "
