In the two years of reading, researching, trying everything under the sun no matter how ridiculous (out of desperation lol) this book is the first piece of literature that seems to be full of all the right information to get someone with IBD healthy and MAINTAIN health. With nothing weird. The information is not one sided (drugs/no drugs, etc)

The book itself was expensive ($75.00 +shipping) but so far worth every page.

She has advice and comments for almost every type of treatment for IBD.

" I actually found her book on the original website she had up. At first I thought it was a hoax because the design of the website was so gaudy, but I was desperate so I ordered it. I have tried a few things in her book, like the probiotics, and since those seemed to work I ordered her Imix Shakes. I seriously can manage all my flairs on those shakes, and they dont leave me feeling sickly and on a constant sugar high like the ensure, and other over the counter elemental diets. I am sure if I was braver I would try her suggestion on AleoVera juice, or the iron pills (which I really do need to try). Since I had so much luck with her I bought her IBD Remission Diet Book. This made a lot of sense too, I learned a lot with her two books and only have to take the bare minimum of medicine (pentasa) now. "
