Hello I am a 38yr female and I had a CT scan done a couple weeks ago for something else. I called my GI Dr and asked for a copy of my medical records on it. When I received it in the mail I found a finding and it said " Some minimal atherosclerotic disease in the abdominal aorta"
Can anyone help me understand this a little more? Is this really bad? I'm not sure if I should be making a call and to who?
Thank you for any help...Staci
