Hello to all- I just found this group today and I hope you will take the time to help me with what's going on. I find that I become breathless when I do anything with full arm mvt. Like taking the sheets off of the bed! I have been general in good health until an ankle injury that has kept me from walking and bike riding. This happened two years ago and they have now decided to do pt-it's helping. But, I have gained about 25 pds because of the injury. (oh, i'm 45)

Anyway- I can also get shortness of breath just sitting. My arms ache like arthritis. I went to a cardiologists last week. EKG, bp were good. My cholestriol is around 208(working on that.) He is schedule a resting stress because of my ankle. I do sometimes have pain under my left breast. I do have acid reflux.

Could this possibly be asthema? Or am I going down the right path with the cardio specialist? I can tell you that I don't feel good in general and feel tired most of the time.

I'm sorry this entry is long and jumpy-lol. I would really appreciate any advice or support.

" Thank you Dennist for responding. I see I should have run spell check before I posted-lol. I will follow up with the resting stress test (I'm actually a bit nervous about that test.) I too have had problems with my left arm, shoulder blade area, for years (I conducted music for 23 years-since hs.) Thanks again. "
