Booze and cigarettes are frequently found together. As the Booze lowers your inhibitions, you ssmoke more. It is really kind of stupid to use booze and cigarettes. People drink alcohol to feel better and make themselves happy! Alcohol is acturally a depressant. You smoke to calm yourself down...Yet cigarettes are a stimulant. None of it really makes a lot of sense to me

there bad for healthy people ,sick people worst
dont use them but if your going to try to not over do it there so bad for your heart and i found when i used them when i was sick (had heart transplant) i use to make my self sicker to into AF heart failture or pass out Margi

I was the 'bad girl' with the booze and smokes. In my thirties I was told that if I continued I would be in serious, serious trouble by the time I was 50.
My cardiac health has now deteriorated, but I got an extension from my guardian angel because I am now over 60. Go figure.
