does anyone know how long a heart transplant will last in a baby? Will it last for life? Will he need another one when he's a teenager?

" Heart transplants in babies are pretty promising. I have not been told a specific number of years the heart lasts, but they will definitely need another transplant. I have been told that my son may go 20-30 years before needing another transplant. I think the longest someone has gone without a second transplant at our hospital is 15-17 years.
