I had counseling yesterday and I learned a lot. My counselor is awesome. She helps me through so much. She is helping me discern between the rape back in October and now. I set a goal and she gave me homework. We dealt with the fears as well, so I indicated below progress on that.

Did some research and found some good info on wiki about dumping syndrome. It sounds like I was experiencing "late dumping." Now that I really know what it is all about I am really going to avoid anything that will bring this on. I feel like I've been over-medicated. I don't know if my symptoms are from the CHD or the med. At times I feel loggy and fatigued. How can I tell if its the CHD or the meds?
