i cant laugh, giggle a little yes but no whole hearted laughing

it has been a while since i laughed.

" I have been experiencing the same thing for a couple years now. I didn't even stop to think that others had the same situation. I have mentioned it to a couple of people but I haven't figured out how to go about having that lighthearted, enjoyable, in the moment laughter. Did the Dr. appointment help? "
