I was hoping to take off to the beach on Saturday but the nurse told me over the phone (She has a PID) that for the first few months I m going to be sore afterwards until my body gets used to it. I will need to be tied down. Or maybe I will just have to get entertained with the computer. Thank you for the advice. My IVIG went so bad and I think is because nobody told me to hydrate and I didn't know. Thanks.

The only problem I had transitioning to subq was major fatigue for like 6 weeks until my body acclimated..now i have no side effects, not even site reactions. Hydrate and have some gatorade or smartwater on hand incase you get a headache and be prepared to rest. Who knows, you may be up and hoppin :)

My SCIG has been postponed till Monday due to Nurse staffing issues with the home health agency that is going to teach me how to do it. Pray for me that I don't get sick until then.
