I don't think having one cigg everyonce and a while should make you start your quit all over again. If i am 72 days smoke free and i still have the occasional cigg, i don't think i should start my quit all over again everytime i smoke. For example, if i have stopped but have a cigg once a month, i think that is PERFECTLLY OKAY!!!

When rain hts your windshield, it dosen't mean your going to die, I wish drivers in the rain,(espeially in rainy climates) would learn this... it would make commuting SO much Easier!

I've been up all night helping my friend out I am so exhausted. They were both having suicidal thoughts and one of them even attempted it but I kept them both awake and talkig for most of the night, and then a friend of mine took over for the early mornig shift. It was so rediculous and scary at the sametime, I didn't know what to do.
