  i am going crazy. for some reason the addiction is kicking in again and the cravings are really bad. i may just have to smoke again just to relieve some stress. I am going crazy!!!

  Well i smoked again. I was with this freind i didnt see in a long time and he had ciggs and i just had one puff. I know its not much but it still counts so i guess my 100 days are over.  I guess i will have to start over.

  My primary provider called me on Friday to tell me that no matter how many phone calls they have placed to the doctor that is supposed to be taking care of my GB tha tNO ONE has answered anything on it.   well i went to my best friend's house to get my mind off of stuff.
  but things were worse over there.
  her pregnant sister was trying to kill herself.
  my best friend got mad at me for laughing with her girlfriend about something.
  her girlfriend and her nephew got into a fight.
  and everyone was yelling at everyone else.
  so i had to call my mom, who is upset with me;
