If you read my profile you will know that C.C. runs in my family and i also happen to hav many symptoms. Well i tried to build up the courage to go to the doc yesterday, but i dont think im ready for the possible bad news. I want someone to tell me its nothing and its gonna stop soon and im over reacting. One can hope. I know i am going to have to face it and go to the doc. Im frankly just kinda scared.

Hi agr1030...
I pray for you that it's nothing to worry about. but PLEASE see your Dr. Don't be an ostrich...if it is CC...the sooner diagnosed and treated, the better!!! Many times if it's none invasive, chemo and radiation are not needed. again, please see your Dr. We're here for you :) Please keep us updated, you will have many prayers coming your way...SurvivorX2 :)

It's an embarassing topic. Don't be bullied or embarassed into ignoring the problem. It's much easier to address the problem the earlier you detect it. Call the doc today. They've seen everything.

Hi AGR1030...
I wish I had gone when I heard that first little voice in my head. I m so sorry I kept putting it off. I could have caught it before it spread, I wouldn't be in this mess... so, please, just skip on over to that doc's office. And we will be here when you get back and hear hopefully the good news that you are fine. : ) If the news is less than stellar, we will be here for that too.

Mate like the ladies have said you need to get to the docs. By the sound of things you are driving yourself crazy worrying. The only way you will know is to have an examination. If you do have it then the sooner they start to treat it the better your chances. And if you do not have it then he may be able to tell you why you have the symptoms.
Agr by not going to the docs you will just cause yourself more grief than what you need. I too will have you in my prayers. G8

agr, Make an appointment, commit and go. Dosn't matter if the symptoms disappear altogether, you have family history, and you've questioned it, so do yourself a favour, stop beating yourself up over it and GO. Then you'll know either way. If there is nothing. Fantastic. If there is something, then we'll work through it. You do the legwork required and deal with it, and we'll support you 100% along the way.
I have faith, and I have hope that it is nothing. There is always hope, but you don't know until you go and have your scans. agr, your not alone in any of this yeah. We are all here leaning on each other. Now draw on that courage inside of you, and book an appointment.

Hi there,
I am new here. Its my hus who has been diagnosed with cc. Since the time he has been diagnosed, I have been thinking if at all we had taken all those symptoms seriously a little bit earlier, (even days count)his staging would have been even better. Now 4 of his lymph nodes were involved at the time of surgery, so just think that if at all this happens to be cc(I truly pray it is not) u are making ur situation worse by waiting, since the cells are growing and spreading each day. so dont worry and make the effort. All the best.
