" What chemo is he on? I've not ever heard of body sores caused by colon cancer.

Can you give more information? Stage? Rectal, colon or anal cancer? Age? How long he's been ill?

Check out www.colonclub.com and http://csn.cancer.org/forum/128 however, I've never seen mention of body sores without it being related to a specific chemo or radiation.

" I had a fairly bad skin reaction to capcitabine (the tablet form of fulfox) it was essentially very large acne type spots which I suppose could be seen as sores. If so then he may need anti-biotics to control it and a possible switch to IV chemo "
