Hi. I am not sure if i even should post in this group, but I need to ask some questions.
I have been quite ill for about 2 years now and had a recent setback about 7 weeks ago ( got even more fatigued, even weaker and this time lost 25 lbs, 15 of that since July 10). I have almost no appetite and if I do eat, can only eat very little. My GI symptoms ( mostly inabilty to go despite laxatives or an enema) have gotten far worse. A lot of abdominal pain ( all over with a few spots that seem worse than others). I saw the GI dr Tuesday and am scheduled for a combination endoscopy and colonoscopy next Thursday. I have a lot of other symptoms that my doctors just can not seem to figure out. I do have Adrenal Insuffiency and thought that my symptoms were all related to that but a second opinion from ann endocrinologist, well, he said no they may not be related. anyway, I am just writing because I just do not know what is wrong anymore and need SOME kind of diagnosis! JP welcome to the group, my advice is that you are doing the right thing in getting the Doctor to find out what is wrong with you. I believe is best we leave the diagnoses up to them. When you know what is going on then maybe some here will of had the same experience and they can share what it was like for them. In the meantime please feel free to just share and join in and if you need to vent then vent or whatever you need to do.
