April 2008 has been quite a month. It began with my dad getting violently ill at home. My mom and I called his doctor to describe what was happening and she said to get him to the emergency room immediately. He was in ICU for several days. Just a little while ago, I found out that a really close friend of mine died in her sleep from an overdosed of pills!!! Her name is Tara and she was 39!! Such a tragic and senseless loss. Her and I had alot of great times, great laughs together. We fought over men and then laughed about it afterwards. She was a bright star that has been extinguished too soon. Yday was the 5 yr anniv for the Old Fire we had in 03. I remember the smoke from the bottom of the hill. Its far away, we didnt worry bout it, we've had fires below but they always contained them. This 1 they didnt.
