" I am just not getting over the flu and I can honestly say Tamiflu made a world of difference to me. I was advised ideally, I should have started to take it within 48 hours of getting the flu. I started taking it on day 3. By day 4 I woke up and felt ten times better. I had energy and actually felt like eating. It's day 6 and I'm still not 100%,but I'm back at work and functional. "

" Yeah, that three year lifespan on Tamiflu really cracks me up. But what else has a better shelf-life ? What has any better outcomes ?

De Nada ..... You still not going to prepare ? The irony of this stuff is that you because of your age might survive just long enough to get really hungry. I guess we all go with the Ethiopian cuisine.. without.

" Greetings,
The wall street journal said " Don't give Tamiflu to children

Children should not be given the anti-viral drug Tamiflu to combat swine flu, Oxford University researchers said today.

They urged the Department of Health to urgently rethink its policy on giving the drugs to youngsters affected by the current flu pandemic."
I can recommend Viralox Spray from personal experience last year with my son and myself. It is made from colostrum and is a natural anti-viral.My son was sick with flu like systems and we both started taking it , he felt much better in a few days and I never did catch it.I will be stocking up for this seasons flu. " I have not tried Tamiflu and thankfully I havent gotten sick. I did start to feel sick the other day, tight chest, cough and generally not good. I tried something called Umcka, it’s an extract and I felt much better the next day. A friend told me about it and I read an article about it and decided to try it. I am keeping some around all the time now.

There is also another extract from the elderberry plant that studies haves shown to boost the immune system and stop the flu. I think I will take the Sambucus once in a while to boost my immune system and within 24 hours of feeling like I really might be getting sick I will take Umcka. People think that these extracts or natural remedies cant work, don’t forget that Tamiflu’s main ingredient is from a plant, the star anise plant.

Here are the articles I read that convinced me about Umcka. http://tinyurl.com/l66wxz

And here is the Sambucus article:
