ive been this way so long..i just thougt it was my way of life..now i see im a monster so to speak!!
i need to learn up front what i have to get started on to correct its self.. i belive that once i understand whats happing with me i can full power my all on this problem..ive always thought something wasent just write.. my hardest area is (relsionships)..im sure alot of you can relate..so i admitt i james has a problem..having a great deal not being able to relate to my issues is very frustrating.. im also bipolar 1 among o.c.d g.a.d. s.a.d. pantic...meds just xanax.. ive read alot on this,,i seem to have alot of the questshions listed but alot i also dont apply to me in my findings...so if you could guild me to belive what im doing wrong to face up to this..and explain to me what you can.. then i will observe posts and try to understand more...thank you all james Posted on 11/04/09, 02:11 am |

I am just new to recovery and this process I guess myself. All i can say is you have my support and you will find a lot of support in our group here so welcome.
The first step is the acceptance of the 'illness' or whatever it is you choose to call this. It can bring sadness to admit this/realise it but It can also bring relief. xxx I must head to bed now (its nearly midnight here in South Australia) but I saw your post and wanted to say welcome. x
