Inner critic

This is an awesome website that gives a solution based approach on what type of inner critic you have and what champion (Inner, Nurturing, guiding and Action planning ) says to your inner critic and you. This definitely has helped me overcome my guilt tripping critic which had taken over me for past few days.

Look for your type of inner critic and Inner champion answers here.

" thanks will check out. i find that at times it is easier than other for me to ignore that inner childs critical comments. seems that if i give her/me alot of reassurance and avoid situations that cause stress and confusion i am much less critical of myself. being true to thy self also helps. if i make sure that i understand my motives and why i do what i do it helps also. not gossiping, being critical of others, and myself help alot. i am learning to ignore negatively in others and stay focused on making sure that i am ok and not being petty. have been staying away from sisters and my gosh what a difference. as many know my sister is terminal and i went to see her last night and stayed 45 mins. was all i could do and feel ok. i had not been there for weeks and felt the tension and conflict and horrific stress in all that live there and must limit my time there. proud of myself for recognizing that being around them me stress and taking care of myself by limiting time. felt like i had to spend as much time with her as possible before but know now that it is ok to just do what i can "
