Im 21. I started using cocaine on the weekends to get over a big breakup and now I cant go out without it. Ive hidden it from my friends up until now.
I'm trying to quit cold turkey but had a panic attack yesterday (1st day sober).
double vision, nausea, hyperventalating. Id never had one before and it scared the hell out of me
has anyone else going cold turkey had this? does it go away?
Im feeling really lost

" You can't quit all alone, it will never work. It is dangerous to detox with no help or someone to watch over you. In the past I would sleep it off and then find a rehab to put yourself in. This is just the beginning and take it from me it gets ALOT worse. "
