I am so tired. This has been a bad week. I have tried to stay positive and up beat for Russ who's shoulder I know hurts him so much.
He has worked on our home, God gave us, and has saved from storms to many to count, so hard. It is so beautiful to me, although very small to some and some things are not finished; I love it.

Let me tell you I am so upset. I went for the e-val...they do not have motorized e-val on Fridays...they are closed. I went to get my regular wheelchair and they were out of the 20" beefy...(that was what I called it not them... I have to call on Monday to see 'if' they will deliver one here. Today I find myself seriously considering the lap band surgery. I saw my medical notes today, dr says I am now morbidly obese and without bariatric surgery my health will probably never improve. Said on my chart either pre-diabetic or diabetic.

my breast cancer was operated on. they did a lumpectomy. unfortunately, the doc made a hash of the biopsies prior to going to theatre. if he did a proper job i would have had a mastectomy cos in theatre they took more tissue samples and sent them to the lab. when i went back two weeks later for the results i was told that the ca was in the whole of my breast.
