" I use to wear them but I don't know. I had more problems getting them off. But, I think they changed the way the patch is made. I hope someone else can help you. "

" Go to ebay, buy some small Tegaderm (Brand name only) patches. That was the only thing I found that worked. The off brand actually melted my fent patch. Wash skin, small alcohol prep, let dry. Apply fent, cover with tegaderm.

The patches don't last 72 hours I found out. Google the patch. Even prescribing literature says they may not. I quit them.

" When I used the Fentanyl patches, I used to buy water proof surgical tape at the pharmacy and just taped the whole patch to my skin, that way it will not come off and stays on very nicely even when you shower. "

" I wore one for about 3 days a few months back by day 2 it was starting to peel off. Remember to keep checking it making sure its still there. Of course you'll probably know if it falls off. Hope it works out for you. : )

" Sometimes sweat gets under them and pulls a fast release on you. If you get double vision in one eye, that's one sign.

If one falls off, take it back to the pharmacy, and have them call your doc. The corporation will deny that it was defective, but you can at least get a timely refill, and if a trend develops, alternate therapy.

" Hi, I wanted to jump in, I used the patches for over two yrs (just switched meds 2 wks ago and in horrible pain) but the patches I found that would stick was the mylan brand. I had probs too with the patches not sticking sometimes,or falling off, etc. Mylan brand sticks on the best. Also, i would be sure the area was very clean, I'd use witchhazel and let it dry and then when I'd put the patch on, I'd hold my hand down sortof pressing it on,for at least 45 seconds.

GL and I hope u find something that works!
