Hey to all long time know chat!! i am soooo very sorry!!
i was wondering what anyone know about osto arthritis and the bone spur s that go with it. i judt found out today that on top of the arithritis i have in my lower back and tail bone and my fibro that i all ready have i NOW have ostso arthritis in my hip with the spurs and everything . if you can please help me with any and all infor please let me know.

" The best advice I can offer is to google osteoarthritis, and bone spurs there are thousands (at least) articles with good information about these conditions and there different treatments, etc...
