" Amen sister. I am exhausted too. I see the commercial for Prestiq (spelling may be wrong. it's a depression med). They have this woman holding a wind up doll and talking about having to wind herself up everyday just to get out of bed. I know that exact feeling. "

" Happy Birthday and where have you been?

We had a family reunion on Oct.11th then my middle daughter gave birth to her first baby (2 weeks early) on Oct. 15th, so that whole week I felt like I never stopped. Normally my days are pretty long and boring, I'm just as likely to be awake at 3am as 3pm so I hear ya!!

Hope you are doing well, it's good to hear from you! Take care! "

" Happy Birthday?
Hang in there, you got take the bad in order to appreciate the good, better days are coming. blah, blah, blah....... so many cliches'. I often feel like that Life comes at you fast commercial- something always seems to come up that I have to deal with (on top of dealing with my condition and recovering from one surgery and going in for another). Baby steps I guess. Quite often I get very tired of it but I just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Thinking of you, xoxoLyn "

" Yep. It's noon, and I'm still in my nightgown (didn't I say I wasn't going to do that?) I had to cancel a consultation with a patient, due to ill health, and being self employed, I don't get sick pay.

A lot of the time, I am SICK of "being strong." But, no one is going to do it for me. "
