" Have these 3 Neurologist done any tests to tell you what is wrong with you? Do you have a diagnosis? Have they done an MRI or a CT Scan?
You need to have a diagnosis before a pain management Doctor can see you and help you with pain medications. Usually Neurosurgeons will send you to PT or suggest pain management, injections, etc. have they done that for you? "

" So, what is your diagnosis? Did they give you one? The reason that I am asking you is because I am a nurse and usually to be send to a University Hospital like Shands you need to go in with a diagnosis. I know this because I am in Florida and when I was diagnosed with lung cancer back in 1994, I was send to Shands for my Thorocotomy and treatments since they were more knowleageable over there. So what diagnosis did they give you? A
Age is not a factor, a diagnosis is given weather you are 5 or 95.... "

" My neuro was the one who diagnosed me with celiac disease. Have you been tested for that one? It causes malnutrition which in turn damages the nerves in the legs because the body "triages" nutrition to the "most critical functions" first. Legs are last on the list. The nerve damage can become permanent so please demand that they find the cause ASAP. It is your best chance of recovery.

Praying for you
