My doctor just added this to my already handful of night meds.

Klonopin
Nuerontin
and Cymbalta

During the day I take soma and percocet plus the neurontin.

I am 38, and worry about the affects.
(been injured and on chronic pain meds for 4 yrs.)

" Are you still working? I am, so I have pain everyday. I take celexa, 40 mg elavil, and 5 mg valium at night. still have pain , with onset anywhere fromgetting up, to , on good days ma not start until 2pm. I am just trying to get by. pay bills, but always dealling with a problem that is in the cervical and lumbar ares, some fibro, and trigger points, myofascial. etc..
I was on Elavil 125mg at night, it helped cause the pain seemed better controlled through the morning hours. Then I started having to much dryness.
I've taken Neurontin, klonopin, but off now. Neurontin helped but left me like a zombie. Klonopin helped some, but doc didn't think it was that good. Skelaxin didn't work at all. My doc started me on the valium 5 mg at bedtime and it helps relax the spasms in muscles. Also helps me sleep, I have tons of stress at work.
I know someone taking neurontin for about 3 years for the guillian-burre syndrome. it works for him. stay in touch, and sending you good wishes that u can find something to help! xoxo deeeee "

" I have taken neurontin and it was really helpful. I am not taking it now but I didn't have any side effects when I stopped taking it. Hope this is helpful with you concerns on adding another drug. I do take flexirile and this helps with sleep and muscle spasms. I take trazadone to sleep. I found that valium really depresses me. Take care, binetp "
