I know some people swear by this stuff for easing muscle pain.

I love this stuff! I really do. I use it all the time. I have the little packets for in the car and I have a roll on in my bathroom and one at work. My massage therapist got me addicted to the stuff.

Blue 22, Biofreeze is a topical analgesic that helps pain. I use it only before I go to bed. I put it on my neck and shoulders because it hurts when I lie down. Great stuff and there's a vanishing scent so that you don't smell. You can find some good deals on Ebay.

I had a friend that was seeing a chiropractor and was given a sample at the office. She liked it so much that she would buy it for herself. She let me try it and I do have to say that it helped with the muscle pain on the surface but not with my pain deep down. She loves it. It is somewhat expensive where I live. I know that walmart carries a brand similar or it I don't remember. Check it out first though.

As with anything if you have migraines be careful of things with odors. I would put cotton balls in my nostrils until the odor would go down some before I would take out the cotton balls. I couldn't do this at work but did at home. Also check out the pharmacy. A pharmacy down from where I live also sales it.
