Real friends

I did not think I had many real friends here.
I don’t tend to start many new threads. That just is not my way of receiving support.
I don't share my entire life story. That would be unsafe in many ways!
It would bore to death all but medical research personnel. (LOL)

I have been to hell and back too many times and lost count.
I stopped counting surgeries somewhere around 60-70.
I Lost track of broken bones years ago.
Family abuse cannot be safely documented. It is a miracle to be still alive.
I have been to the brink of death very, I stopped counting.
Several times the person with the power over life and death come to ask if I wanted to finish this journey.

I am in no way perfect! Far from it, I frequently express myself using written words that are totally inadequate for the task. Not everyone is a poet. Not everyone is a writer.

I can be blunt. I think that is age. The elderly simply have less time to mince words and too much experience to stop shring. So we muddle thru.

I never expected to be growing real friendships with caring people.

Truth - God can use anything for her glory.
- Good things can come from bad thru God. What a surprise!
But one must walk thru the valley of the shadow of death to the other side. The rim of the valley is too far for several lifetimes of travel. There are brambles sticker bushes and trails faded from disuse on the valley rim. Real love of true friends helps us stay the course thru that valley without looking back to turn around and give up. Jesus carries us. Friends remind us that we rest on his so we keep going on looking straight ahead toward the valley rim on the other side. They help us look up and lose fear from those tempting glances into the vast depths of torment.

Thank you to my friends who reached out to help immediately.

Thank you to those who will reach out once you read this post to the end.

Thank you to those praying that one lonely, deathly weary soul makes it thru surgery tomorrow and recovery the rest of the week.

Thank you to all chose to think about how to try and help someone else >compassion the next time you feel that all too familiar blush pangs of anger reading the fumbling way that others explain feeingsl.
>They use what they know to explain deep fleeting feelings and thoughts.

Thank you just for reading this to the end. That is compassion too!
