I am currenttly on methadone for chronic lower back pain and fibromyalgia. I am starting to grow tolerant to it and it might be time for a change. Does anybody know if oxycodone will work better? Also if you switch to oxycodone, will you feel withdrawal effects from going off of methadone? One more question, is oxycodone the right medication or is it oxycontin. I don't know which is stronger. Thank you!!! Kitties2
