I was sent to concologist and hes nurse said I had low white count ,platelets problme and
ANa-positive and would need treatment- this was after the docotor said I had would be fine Then I sought second opinion for large cancer center and they are send my reulst I have follow up at the first cancer center on Wednesday- In the mean time- I have let them know I don't want another appt if everything is fine I have also sent all doctos's reports- I have 5 sepcialists -other med prob-diab,thrroid,high cholesterol,IBS divertiuclits- hernai in esophagus an others I am so confused and anxious Posted on 02/03/09, 11:02 am |

Well, I wouldn't take what his nurse said seriously. I think it is a very good idea to get a second opinion from a CLL expert. You should also get a copy of all your lab tests. Ask the doctor for them. If you truly have chronic lymphocytic leukemia, you should know what stage, etc. Also, a good web site for accurate information is CLLTopics.com. And you can google cll forums.

I received 2 test resulsts form first docror
visit- ccnacer center said htey were running and completing tests I have another appt on Wednesday I feel like their is omething wrong He mentioned lupus I am so confused and anxious I guess time will tell
