I love it. I think more may see this than NYT ? I hate that Bill Reeves is still being quoted. I noticed that he didn't attend the CFSAC meeting. Probably has his head up his a... and couldn't find his way.

Same information but nice to see some mainstream attention. One thing I read in this article that peaked my interest was that it said CFS is associated with a high rate of suicides.

I've not heard or read that before. I'm wondering where the information came from.

I would want to know if the suicide victims were on any of the drugs with black box warnings that seem to be reserved for us.

I enjoyed the video with the article, too. And I think both it and the article put it in simpler terms than the NYT article. That, and the fact that different kinds of people will have read/watched these--it just means that even more people will start taking CFS seriously!

there are also some really great Youtube. videos on the virus... Just look it up XMRV. Tons will come up. Somebody also has the CDC hearings that just took place a few weeks ago on the virus.

The articles aren't all completely clear... but the research team has actually found it 98% of CFS patients... not 67%. The folow up research has shown an even stronger association than the preliminary findings. Excellent research by a very highly respected team. The research was done in conjunction with the National Cancer Institute and they are definitely behind the XMRV CFS link... they have a big link up on their website now.
