I have a doc appointment dec 7th. I am going to talk with the doc about the CFS. I'd like to find out if there is some way to "cut" some of this heavy fatigue, and heavy flu like crappy feeling. I can deal with my other myriad of MS symptoms pretty much, and pace and deal,...been doing that for years. But do you think there is a way ...like a vitamin or b12 or something, to get a touch more energy? Or to lighten the heavy heavy flu like crappy feeling? What do you think?

I am on an immune stimulating dose(400 mgs twice a day) of cimetidine(Tagamet), as well as a couple of immune support supplements. One, Olimmune, I take twice a day every day. The other, Immune 26, I only take when I feel something coming on. It was wehn I started these that I finally quit having a constant sore throat. Good luck!

I take monthly b12 shots for deficiency. . . it only helps a little with the fatigue, maybe about 2 days, for the flu like symptoms, I don;t know, I'm dealing with that right now, been sick for two days and I'm hating it! I hope you get some answers soon. good luck.
