" I'm sorry.
That's a horrible feeling, I only mildly understand. You've got to talk to a doctor/psychiatrist and let them try something new. There's always something that can help out. Combinations of certain drugs for treatment resistant depression and similar things. You can't put it off. There's tons of combinations out there. Be well. "

" I can understand - sometimes it just all becomes too much and when you feel so ill and it is affecting your overall quality of life, hopes and dreams it's hard to see the 'wood for the trees' and maintain any sense of perspective.

Have you got someone you can talk to? I agree that it would be a good idea to discuss how you are feeling with your doctor and perhaps they can refer you for some counselling. Remember you can always call The Samaritans (I think you are in UK) or even email them. "

" Hey you are only 20 years old, have alot to see in life.I can understand the drugs faults in this. There is no one in your age should have these symptoms and thoughts. The light of hope is always there.I also agree to what the Joebaby and vicsta said that you need to talk to your doctor, may be the medication the one which is reason of the depression you are going through.
I do not have insurance and no doctor and ofcourse no medication I am trying to take some of the natural remedies myself after self diagnosing me. I know it is dangerous but that is only thing I can do. The health system is so bad in US that you will not be able to win even if you had insurance. Last year I had insurance and saw my doctor three times for thyroid disorder and I still had to pay almost $3000 from my own pocket in the three months of time. Life is precious you want to see the best yet still to come. I pary for you and hope the things get better in the journey of life. Best of Journey. "

" Hello Entranced,
Plese do not do anything to hurt yourself. I know how tough it can be. I have had Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia for 12 years. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease 8 months ago. Sometimes, I ask, why me? It is really hard at times, but please know there are people out there that care about you. My heart goes out to you. Try to find a doctor who cares about people with CFS. A lot of doctors don't know anything about it. Those of us who have it really do understand and care. "

" Having this illness makes me feel alone and scared. Some of the drugs they've put me on made me want to end it all. I didn't realize it was those drugs that were making me have those thoughts until I went off them.

I have months where I feel I just can't go on anymore and now here I am, have been feeling good for about a month or more. I know it won't last, but I'm trying to enjoy every minute of it while it does.

Do you have any kind of support system? That is the worst part for me. I feel abandoned by friends and family. "

" If you are on pharmaceutical antidepressants, they could be affecting you in this way, could bring suicidal thoughts.

I have struggled at least twice with serious suicidal thoughts, probably more. Even to the point of planning. But I pulled through somehow, and now I'm glad I didn't do it.

Please hang in there. There is hope.

We have to get through this, we cannot get around it. What if, by committing suicide, you are damned to come back and go through all this sh-t again? Don't do it! "

" Hi
I have found some sites that are telling to use Lugal's iodine for chronic Fatigue and FM. I don't know if I have CFS or FM but I do have alot of symptoms like that and pain in legs and shoulders.
I actually am already feeling alot better with Magnesium, vitamin D3 and Iron supplements but wanted to see some energy so I ordered lugal's iodine 2% from online and received it last week. It is 2% iodine with 5% iodide in it and it helps when taken with Vitamin D3, we are alreadytaking and here is a site to look at. I was not going to write any thing about it till I know I was benefiting with it but today I think I trust it so much that it is ok to write. Please read about it on other sites also and research on it. It will not harm. It is not for any body to take but only those people who suffer from iodine defeciency. You can even test it by bringing a bottle of iodine topical tinture and painting it on your stomach 2x2 inch area and if the paint ( yellow) is gone with in 8 hours you are deficient in iodine. If your body is saturated then your iodine paint will be there after 12 hours or more(this comes in a small bottle for infections only for external use)I took the test and mine was gone in six hours.

I also go to curezone.com and they have forum for Iodine support. I started taking iodine in my water just 3-4 drops for 4 days a week but keep taking your vitamin D3 all week. I am ready to try any thing.
It kills the pathogens Like candida albican in the body and eliminates the toxins and clears the brain fog by removing metals from body. It also regulates your thyroid and adrenal if there is a problem with thyroid. "

" I've been sick about the same amount of time as you and I turned 20 in may. Life like this sucks and death seems like its the only way the end the suffering...espcially since I pretty much feel like I'm dead half the time anyway. On the otherhand I went from being completely bedbound and having no quality of life to having moderate CFS. There is hope and you can improve you just have to stop worrying about how your not like you used to be and focus on trying to find out why you are like you are now. There are tons of factors that make peoples symtpoms worse and you just need to find the piece to your puzzle. If you ever feel bad you can message me I won't judge your situation, i know how you feel. "

" Living with CFS does bring about these feelings in a very strong way because of the pain and fatigue and the loss of our former lives and we have to deal with this on a daily basis, but we can't give up hope that maybe tomorrow we will feel a bit better or there is a breakthrough and a drug has been discouvered to treat CFS.
Have you tried joining a support group in your area?
You can always talk with us because we know what its like.

Take care

" Sounds like your pain is leading to depression. Yhat is common. There are days when I still get depressed. Can you go to your doctor and let them know maybe they can give you something for it. You are way to young to not want to be here anymore. You have so much to look forward too. I hope you feel better soon. There is a depression group here too. It is good, I belong to it. "
