Everytime I am so run down with the CFS I notice I get sores on my tongue as if I bit it but didn't. Does anyone else get them? How do you make the darn things go away?

YES!!! And they are VERY painful. My DRS finally diagnosed them as "aphous ulcers" which can be common in Fibro and CFS. He prescribed this lidocaine swish mouthwash, but it doesn't really help. They are not canker sores, that is what I thought they were until I found out from the DR. They really do not have a remedy for them, and I also get them whenever I pick up a virus/cold (which is often being that I work in a school).

I tried a ton of Lysine because I take theat when I get a cold sore...but the Lysine didn't help at all. The aphous ulcers are not viruses like cold sores.
