My mom is getting re-married and she wants me to be a big part of it. She feels the wedding should not just be about her and my SD because the marriage will include me aswell (if taht makes sence)
So she wants me and SD to exchange vows or readings showing that we are part of the wedding and our relatiosnhip. Does anyone have any ideas of what we can say to eachother? Thank you Posted on 10/17/09, 10:10 am |

I am not sure how old you are but I got married when my daughter was 5. She was scared to walk down the isle with everyone looking at her. I did not marry her biological father either. I my daughter would have been older, I probably woudl not request something like to be done but just say what you feel. If you have a good relationship with him and enjoy his company, if you see him a mentor and follow his guide, just speak from the heart on how much he means to you. If that is the case. Hopefully it is. I hoping my daughter feels those things about my husband.
