My boyfriend is going through a nasty divorce. He can not have children and when his ex was well aware of it when they married. Last year she went behind his back and got insaminated at a sperm bank. This broke up the marrage and now she thinks she can get support from him. Can she do that? I know my has to pay because my children are his but this is not his child. Dose anyone know how this will work out in court?
