Frustrating Stories

I thought I was doing so good.. on the upward path. All-of-a sudden, today I want to throw up my hands and scream 'I quit!' again.
I keep trying to physche myself up, pointing out the the positives. Intellectually, I feel like I have every reason to look forward to today, but I can't shut up that little voice inside moaning, 'no, no, noooooo!'.
