This last week has been a trip. Things are getting better everyday, but I still have weak points.
I'm being doing all my exercise, which I think is helping, and branching out into hobbies, planning trips for the future. All signs of progress, and yet, this morning I awake in a wonderful mood, have a lovely morning with my love, reading the paper over breakfast...

I had been doing so good, too good I now suppose.
Did I beat my depression and just over do-it, or am I about to spiral out of control in the other direction?
This is my third consecutive night waking up between 2 and 3 AM -- Despite plenty of sleeping aids. My bf is annoyed with me and my motor-mouth. He is so sick of hearing my various ideas that he wouldn't even read my fi...1 Recommendation -
