My mother-in-law has cancer, sarcoma high grade,the last stage to my understanding. My husband and I have not been told too much about it. She goes into the hospital on Thursday. What I've read about this type of cancer chemo's not but a small % effected can anyone else add to that please.

I have Ewing's sarcoma which is different than what your mil has but in the same family. After taking 5 treatment of 17, my tumor was removed and was 100% dead. So in my case chemo is working. I still have to finish the rest of my treatments even through I technically cancer free. It's important to find a doctor who has experience with her specific type of sarcoma.
