Nothing's free,
Longing for,
Used to be,
Still it's hard,
Hard to see,
Fragile life,
Shattered dreams.
I don't know who wrote this, but i liked it and felt like posting it. The author is quite possibly my friend Rob, but he'd deny writing it even if he did so..whatever. It makes a lot of sense.

What I See
I see kids,
hating their parents.
I see dogs,
hating cats.
I see sisters,
hating sisters.
I see brothers,
hating brothers.
I see a mouse,
hating the hidden snake.
I see teens,
begging to die.
But most of all
I see hope.
I see hope flowing,
drifting around to save us all.
